Founded in December of 2005 Transcend Financial Solutions, LLC is a network of Account Executives who work for Direct Lenders & Private Money Institutions nationwide.  We add No Middleman Fees, and we require no Third Party Approval.  Our job is to help you, the broker, get your files funded quickly and with less effort.  Our strategic alliances allow us access to a full line of programs and products such as Commercial, Residential, Hard Money, Construction, and Acquisition & Development loans.
